I asked my friend over at Rolling Boxcars to share some of his knowledge with us about RPG’S in the Digital World. By now like me, many of you have probably tryed your hand at a digital game or two. But as more and more gamers are turning to the Internet for their tabletop fix. Let my friend Modoc show you around a bit. I have been asked on more than one occasion about the resources out there for the uninitiated online RPG gamer so, this essay will highlight some of the many resources that I have used over the last few years. I will make every effort to highlight the good and bad, the gorgeous and the ugly. In the end, I hope it will all be very useful information for anyone wanting to expand their gaming horizons. So, without further ado, let’s begin with a few definitions that will help as we move further into this essay.
