For me the answer is not only easy, it is the only answer. I might even be thinking outside the box on this one but I am still going with it. I say that the Aspect of RPG’s that has had the biggest effect on me is the natural byproduct of RPG’s, Socialization. The simple fact that gathering together and having fun is a great social event. Many of you like me, invite gamers into your own home. At some point, if you keep a group for months and year. Naturally, friendships grow from the things we love and doing them together. They become your friends, now not only do we throw dice together. We get together and have cookouts, or go to movies after a game. We get dinner or lunch and drinks when we can. We are friends that lean on one and other in good times and bad.

I find that for this reason it is the best Aspect of RPG’s and It has had the biggest affect on me. Many of the friends I have made through gaming have proven over and over again to life long friendships. Distance or time has little to no effect on these friendships. That is a powerful bond. One that I do not take lightly.
